Payment options

We provide the following payment options

Credit Card

  • Conveniently pay with your Amex, Visa, and Maestro credit card. Your payment will be processed by Mollie payment service provider. You do not need to register.

PayPal

  • After placing your order you will be redirected to PayPal automatically where your payment is taking place.
  • In order to use PayPal you need a PayPal-Account which you can create here: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/account-selection
  • As soon as we receive a confirmation of your payment from PayPal and we have all your ordered items available, we will begin shipping.
  • If for once redirection to PayPal does not properly work, you can as well send the payment to us directly via our PayPal-Address "info@schrauben-expert.de". If you use this method please let us know your ordering number!

Klarna Purchase on Account

  • After placing your order you have to pay within 14 days. The transaction is processed by Klarna payment service provider.
  • Please do not transfer money to our bank account. Instead use the account give to you by Klarna.
  • We start shipping after receiving your order.

Klarna-Direct Debit

  • Direct debit via Klarna. Instantly pay with Klarna via direct debit.
  • We start shipping after receiving your order.

SOFORT-Überweisung

  • You will be redirected to SOFORT-Überweisung where you can instantly transfer money with your online banking credentials.
  • We will register your payment quickly and start shipping.

Giropay

  • Giropay is the digital payment system of German banks and Sparkassen. It is a form of instant payment. Use it with your online banking credentials.
  • After receiving information about your payment we start shipping.

Advance Payment/Bank Transfer

  • After you have placed your order you will receive information about our bank details to your registered email-address. We start shipping after we have received your payment.
  • Please transfer the exact amount. Do not round up or off the amount.
  • We cannot process real-time bank transfers.

Purchase on Account (Business and Public)

  • Applicable to business and public/government institutions.
  • Valid only in Germany.
  • Payment target is 21 days.
  • Plus 5,00 € processing fee.

Currencies

  • We accept payments in Euro (€), Swiss Franc (CHF), British Pounds (£, GBP), and US-Dollar ($) via PayPal
  • Other payment methods are possible only in Euro.
  • For VAT-discount for orders of non-EU countries you have to provide VAT-ID in your order.

Ordering by fax/email

Our internal processes are optimized for electronic ordering via our web shop. Only like this can we ensure to sell small amounts with feasible pricing.

However, we do also take orders by fax and email. We cannot take orders by phone though. Due to increasing efforts with orders by fax or email we have to increase shpping costs by 5,00 € for orders less than 50,00 € in total.

Purchase on Account for business and public institutions

Due to increased efforts for us we have to increase shipping costs by 5,00 € for these orders.
